Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Cancellation

  • You may return items within 7 days from the date of receiving the order if you are not 100% satisfied. No fees are charged for returns.
  • Returns are not accepted beyond 7 days. Products with defects should be reported via email.

    • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact. Products with broken/missing tags are not eligible.
    • Return must be initiated from the delivery address.
    • Only products purchased from this website are eligible. Products from offline stores or other channels cannot be returned.
    • Products marked “not returnable” or “not exchangeable” cannot be returned.

Exchange

  • You may exchange products within 7 days of delivery for any other One8 product available on this website.
  • To initiate an exchange:

  • All return eligibility conditions must be met for exchanges.
  • After an exchange, you still have the option to return if not satisfied.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched.
  • To cancel, use the return and exchange portal or your account’s order section.
  • If your order has multiple items, the complete order must be cancelled; individual items cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders already packed at the warehouse cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion due to technical issues, limited quantities, or factors beyond our control.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Returned or exchanged products undergo a quality check. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment channel. Additional time may be required depending on the payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery payments, provide your UPI ID or bank account during the return/exchange process via portal or WhatsApp at +918150863127.
  • Products failing quality checks will be returned to you, and the return/exchange request will be rejected.
