Product Exclusions

Socks, innerwear, masks, and bodywear are not covered under this Warranty Policy.

Further, the warranty does not cover shoelaces, zippers, tags, and buttons

Conditions for a Product warranty claim

This Policy covers warranty for our Products only in case of:

Defects in the material used.
Defects in the workmanship under normal and intended use of the Product.
Broken or torn component under normal use of the Product.

No claim of the customer/user shall be admissible in the following instances:

Warranty does not cover for Products that have surpassed the warranty period mentioned above.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear such as fading, stretching, shrinkage, loose stiches etc, during general course of use.
Product is damaged as a resultant of the user’s negligence and unauthorised modification.
