PLACING AN ORDER & ORDER MANAGEMENT

How do I place an order at one8?
Shopping at one8 is simple and hassle-free. Select your preferred product, choose your size, click “Add to Cart,” enter your details, and complete the checkout process. We’ll handle the rest and deliver your order right to your doorstep.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Once your order is confirmed, it enters processing immediately. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes after this point. However, you can cancel the order (if it hasn’t been shipped) and place a new one.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order but only before it is packed. You can do so by logging into your account and cancelling the order in “Orders” section, or by contacting our customer support team.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. In case the shipping address still needs to be changed, please contact the customer support on email or call.

How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be shared via email, SMS & WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also log into your account and view your order status under “My Orders”.

Why am I not receiving OTPs or emails?
Please check your spam or junk folders. If you still haven’t received them, contact our customer support team for assistance.

PAYMENTS & INVOICES

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is there a limit for COD orders?
COD is available for orders ranging between ₹999 and ₹5999.

If my order payment failed but the amount was deducted, what should I do?
If the payment for your order did not go through but the amount was debited, it will be refunded to your account within 7–10 working days. Rest assured, your money is completely safe and secure.

Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
Currently, we only support one payment method per order.

How do I make an EMI (Credit Card) purchase?
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your delivery address.
- On the payment page, select ‘EMI (Credit Card).
- Choose your bank and repayment tenure (3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months).
- Review your EMI details, enter card information, and click ‘Pay Now.’

What is the eligibility criteria to avail EMI options?
EMI is available on all one8 products. Eligibility depends on the minimum order value required by your bank. Eligible banks will be displayed at checkout once you select EMI.

Is it safe to shop online at one8?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the shipping charges?
There are no shipping charges on domestic orders. Delivery is free across India.

How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders are usually shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 2-4 working days. The expected day of delivery is subject to pin-code availability and will be visible at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International orders are delivered within 7–14 days. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and delivery timelines may vary owing to global unrest and customs processing. Please refer to the dedicated International Shipping section below for full details.

My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you promptly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship outside India?
Yes, one8 ships to select international destinations. International shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

How long does international delivery take?
International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary considering global unrest, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

Can I return or exchange an international order?
No. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your size, product details, and order summary carefully before completing your purchase.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No, you will not need to pay any customs or import duties, they are included in your cart value.

How do I track my international order?
A tracking link will be shared via email once your order is dispatched. You can also log into your account and view your order status under “My Orders”.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

What’s one8’s return policy?
For domestic (India) orders, you can return a product within 14 days after delivery, provided it is in the original packaging with tags intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I return a product?
Log in to your account → go to “Orders” → click “Return” → follow the guided steps. We’ll handle the rest. Additionally, you can go to the Return & Exchange portal on the one8 website using the following link: https://one8.com/apps/return_prime. This applies to domestic orders only; international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do refunds work?
Once your returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, based on your preference.

Can I exchange a product?
Yes, for domestic orders you can request an exchange through the “Orders” section or by visiting the Return & Exchange portal on the one8 website. If the requested size is available, we’ll process the exchange. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

What if my product is damaged during delivery?
If you receive a damaged product, you can contact customer service within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

How do I return a defective or flawed product?
If your item is potentially defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 14 days since your purchase, simply place a return or exchange request for the item. If it’s been more than 14 days since your purchase, please call us or send an email to return or exchange the item. Please note that this applies to domestic orders only; international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my return request?
Yes, you can cancel your return request before the pickup is scheduled by either cancelling it on the Return & Exchange portal on the one8 website, or reaching out to our customer support.

WARRANTY & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Do one8 products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products are covered under a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Socks are not eligible for warranty.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not include damage due to wear and tear or accidental damage. Socks are not covered under warranty.

How do I claim warranty?
Email us with proof of purchase, product photos, and issue details. Our team will guide you through the process.

How do I distinguish between manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear?
Manufacturing defects typically appear early and affect structural integrity. Normal wear includes things like sole wear, creasing, or fading over time.

How do I find the right size?
Refer to the size chart on the product page. If you need more help, our team is happy to assist.

Where can I find care instructions?
Care instructions are available on the product label and on the product page. Please follow them to maintain product longevity.
