Return, Exchanges and Refund Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and happiness. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy, subject to the terms outlined in this Policy and our Terms of Use. This Policy seeks to explain how you can exchange, return and cancel the products purchased from us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 

We may choose to change this policy at our own discretion. To make sure that you are aware of any changes, please review the policy periodically.


Returns and Cancellation:

 We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. You shall not be charged any fee towards return of your order. 

Note: Socks are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sock purchases are final sale.

Order shall be eligible for returns beyond a period of 14 days from the date of receiving the order. However, in the event the product suffers from any defect, you may reach out to us on email and raise your concern.

  • In order for you to be eligible, the following conditions have to be met:
    • all the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with original packaging and tags intact. In the event the tag loops are broken or misplaced, the product shall not be eligible for a return. 
    • Return shall be initiated only from the address where the product was previously delivered by us.
    • Products purchased from offline stores, or any other channels shall not be eligible for return under this website. It is clarified that that only products purchased from this website is eligible for returns.
    • Products that specify ‘not returnable’ or ‘not exchangeable’ shall not be subject to return.
  • To initiate a return, please follow the steps mentioned below:

Exchange:

  • We offer our customers size exchange for the products purchased by them within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to you. 
  • To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps mentioned below:
    • Initiate exchange through return and exchange portal or your order history in your account section in case you are a registered user on our website.
  • In order for you to be eligible for exchange of the product, all the conditions specified above regarding return of the product shall be met.
  • Following the exchange of the product, the customer shall still have the option to return if they are not satisfied. 


Cancellations:

  • If for any reason, you have changed your mind about your purchase, we give you an option to cancel your order provided that your order has not been dispatched.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you may initiate cancelation through return and exchange portal or your order history in your account section in case you are a registered user on our website.
  • Please note that if you have multiple items in your order, you cannot cancel a single product. Your complete order shall be cancelled.
  • Additionally in case your order is already packed at our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Further, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order in the event of any technical issues, limitations of quantities available or factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • The refund of your cancelled order shall be processed in the manner specified below.
  • If the order has been cancelled post money being charged from your account, the said amount shall be reversed back in your account.


Refunds:

  • Once we receive a returned or exchanged product, the same shall undergo a quality check. If the product is found fit to be returned or exchanged, the refund shall be processed within 7 days to the original payment channel. Further, it might take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account which is subject to terms and conditions of your financial institution/payment channels over which we have no control.
  • If your payment method is Cash on delivery, you can enter your UPI Id or your Bank Account information while initiating return or exchange through return and exchange portal or your order history on our website.
  • For the exchanged or return products that do not meet the quality check standards prescribed by us, the product shall be returned back to the customer and return or exchange request shall be rejected.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at care@one8.com.


International Orders

Please note that the returns, exchange and cancellation terms above apply to domestic (India) orders only. For orders shipped to international destinations, the following terms apply:

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All international sales are final. Please review your size, product details and order summary carefully before completing your purchase.
  • International orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed for dispatch.
  • International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary considering global unrest, customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.
  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at care@one8.com with your order details and photographs of the product and packaging. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
