The owner of this website, Agilitas Brands Private Limited is a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at WeWork, Roshni Arcade, EPIP Zone, Marathahalli Mn Rd, Marathahalli Colony, Bangalore North, Bangalore- 560037, Maharashtra, India, hereinafter referred to as ‘one8’ or ‘the Company’ or ‘us/we/our’.

We would request you to kindly read this ‘Warranty Policy’ carefully before using the website or purchasing any products offered on the website. Note that by accessing and using the services provided by our website you signify your consent and agreement to be bound by the ‘Warranty Policy’ specified herein.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to check for the recent updates. Any updates to this ‘Warranty Policy’ shall take effect immediately upon the date of posting and you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.

This Policy shall be read in association with Terms of Use and Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy and shall govern the terms of warranty for all the products sold or offered for sale on the website, subject to the exclusions mentioned below.

 

A. Extent of Coverage:

B. Product Exclusions:

Socks, innerwear, masks, bodywear  are not covered under this Warranty Policy.

Further, the warranty does not shoelaces, zippers, tags, buttons.

 

C. Conditions for a Product warranty claim:

  • Defects in the material used.
  • Defects in the workmanship under normal and intended use of the Product.
  • Broken or torn component under normal use of the Product.

No claim of the customer/user shall be admissible in the following instances:

  • Warranty does not cover Products that have surpassed the warranty period mentioned above.
  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear such as fading, stretching, shrinkage, loose stitches etc, during general course of use.
  • Product is damaged as a resultant of the user’s negligence and unauthorised modification.
